The Landlord can define as many maps, images and diagrams as it wishes for each building or vacant space. Each map, image or diagram can be given its own descriptive name which is presented to the broker.
Standard categories of maps, images and diagrams are provided in e.property, but these categories do not limit the Landlord from using other types.

An offer to purchase is handled on the same basis as an offer to lease. In order to assist in the offer, e.property can publish information regarding the valuation of the property by the Landlord, such as the running yield and the date on which it was last valued.
