Access to the system will initially be provided in both Cape Town and Johannesburg to ensure that brokers and Landlords need only make a local telephone call. Brokers in other regions will be accomodated with local access as and when market size permits.
Brokers and landlords using the dial-up facility from their offices should dial in with V34 modems recommended by CompuSource. Those companies with a local area network and multiple users connected to e.property should consider a permanent linked access to e.property, which would enable them to be permanently connected and share a single line among all their users.
